From the introduction of team reviews and monthly management accounts to a dashboard of personalised key performance indicators (KPIs), our early warning systems enable us to make responsive operational adjustments that keep us on track.

With a clear understanding of your current position, we work together to define your vision and strategy for the future. This stage is all about setting ambitious yet achievable goals and determining the roadmap for achieving them.

Stage 3: Action - How will we get there?

With the roadmap in place, it's time to roll up our sleeves and put the strategic plan into action. We develop detailed implementation plans tailored to your business needs, and we work with you and your time collaboratively, to ensure our plans become actions.

When you engage us, you will have a dedicated business analyst who acts as your main point of contact and ensures your journey and engagement with us is optimised. Your accounting technician will ‘keep score’ and update your business numbers each month so we can track performance and report on progress. You will work with our marketing team to determine a marketing strategy and identify and overcome any weaknesses in your sales pipeline. You and your team will have access to the Spot On Business Academy (SOBA), Spot On’s own dental academy - a CPD suite of training and development videos that facilitates the growth and development of you and your team.
