Anne O’DonnellClinical Director Mullingar Dental CentreAnne qualified from Cork Dental School in 1984. She has worked in almost every aspect of dentistry: associate positions in a UK NHS practice and in Ireland, and principal roles in established practices and squats. She has attended many courses and encouraged her team members to gain further qualifications and step up into leadership roles. In 2008 Anne sold her practices to the Smiles Group and became clinical director, serving as a non-executive director on the Board. Aware of a gap in the market for dental leadership & management training, Anne’s search led her to Spot On Business Planning (SOBP) and to a company delivering support to dental practice owners and preparing an online portal of business & management resources/training for the whole team.
